Our Cake Smash sessions are a fabulous and smashing way to mark milestone birthdays, specifically aimed at first and second birthdays – or just because you want something a little different.
Our Barnsley Cake Smash sessions are split into three really fun parts. We start with 10 minutes of standard photos before we get out the cake, and then after that – we get to splash about and have fun when we bring out the tub to clean up!
Our Cakes are made specifically for our shoots by local cake makers who make the cakes to specifications and colours requested. Please also let us know if your little one has any allergies as we can now cater for dairy & gluten free too.
Our Cake Smash Sessions last around 1 hour, depending on your little one. Some children don’t like the feel of cake (or eat it) but we still manage to get lots of lovely pictures.
Please remember to bring a spare outfit and nappies. We all normally get covered in cake (which make for great Behind The Scenes photos)!
Please also bring a towel & bubbles for the tub if required.
Your Session Fee
Your Session fee is due at your time of booking.
Standard Cake Smash £50
This includes no prints, products or digital files. Cake is also not included.

Fancy booking your Cake Smash - what you need to know!
I’m so glad that you are looking at booking us for your Cake Smash Session at our Barnsley studio so what next? Firstly, we need to pick a date. I normally advise 3-4 weeks before your little ones birthday so we can get the images back to you to post on social media etc if you wish on their actual birthday. Alternatively, doing the session on their actual birthday is also a good way to make a celebration.
